End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and UPnGO Ltd. ("Licensor") governing your use of UPnGO AL Builder(the "Software").

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal business or personal purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the hosted Service.
You may not use the Software to violate applicable law or the rights of others, including Microsoft's Business Central terms.

3. Generated content

Code generated by the Software from your prompts is provided to you without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and licensing any generated code before deploying it to a production Business Central environment.

4. Business Central connections

When you connect a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant, you authorise the Software to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You remain solely responsible for actions performed in your BC tenant.

5. Fees

Pricing, if any, is described on our website. Unless stated otherwise, access to the Service may be suspended if fees are unpaid.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate it immediately upon breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ends.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UPnGO Ltd.is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
