This page is maintained by UPnGO Ltd. to explain how personal data is handled when you use UPnGO AL Builder ("the Service"). It reflects the controls currently enabled in the product and is not a substitute for legal advice.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
- Content you create: prompts, chat threads, and generated AL code you save in the Service.
- Business Central connection data: OAuth tokens, tenant ID, selected environment, and metadata about companies and installed extensions you view. Tokens are stored encrypted.
- Operational logs: request timestamps, error traces, and diagnostic events used to keep the Service running.
2. How we use it
- To provide the code-generation, deploy, and BC-query features you invoke.
- To authenticate you and enforce access controls.
- To investigate incidents, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. Sharing
UPnGO Ltd. does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with subprocessors required to operate the Service (hosting, database, and the AI model gateway) and with Microsoft when you explicitly deploy or query your own Business Central environment.
4. Retention
Account and content data are retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where a longer period is required by law. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing support@upngoalbuilder.dev.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS. Database rows are protected by row-level security so users can only access their own records. OAuth secrets are stored encrypted at rest.
